
What is Focus Hybrid?
Focus Hybrid is a group personal training model that combines the coaching services of personal training with the energy and dynamic of group workouts. Each session is coach led with never more than 6 in a group to ensure you get that personal level of coaching. You can log each session on our training app so you have a full workout history and can ensure you are progressing.
We run 3 different Hybrid workouts each week:
Workout A on Monday/Tuesday
Workout B on Wednesday/Thursday
Workout C on Friday/Saturday
Session times:
Monday: 6am, 10am, 6pm
Tuesday: 6am, 6pm, 7pm
Wednesday: 6am, 10am, 6pm
Thursday: 6am, 6pm, 7pm
Friday: 6am, 10am, 6pm
Saturday: 9am + 10am SWEAT
You can book 3 sessions per week via our LegitFit booking app. You will also unlimited access to the gym and classes and exclusive Hybrid member access to our "Sweat" sessions. Each session is designed combining our strength training principles with our conditioning methods for a well rounded program that gets you fit for a purpose.
