The program is carefully structured to maximise strength, fitness, speed and skill whislt reducing fatigue in the lead up to your race so you can perform at your best.
Up to 6 sessions per week including:
- 2 x Strength & MetCon
- 2 x Running - Speed/ Threshold / Aerobic
- 1 x Erg Specific
- 1 x Hyrox Race Specific (Simulation / Compromised Running)
